Subway

This Subway on London Road, is always quick and speedy about getting me in and out. Jess and Vera always greet me with a smile always say welcome to Subway! Very friendly service and the subs are always fresh and delicious. Overall, Subway on London Road is my go to place for lunch. The sandwich is always so good!

When you go to Subway, you generally know what food you will be getting. But what you don't know is how the service is going to be. With this location you know both. Fantastic service by all the staff. Mary gets to know your name after 1 or 2 visits and that really makes you feel special. I have probably been to 20-30 different subways and this is by far the best one when it comes to service. If they are not busy they even ask if you want some veggies toasted! I wouldn't go to any other location in Sarnia. All I can say is well done to the owners, who obviously have a get training process in place.

Super rude people. My family and I went one night for dinner and when we walked in, one of the girls looked at us horribly and then, when we were about to order she hurried us, staring at us and just asking what do we want every five seconds. We asked her to please give us a bit of time to think and she went and said "you can't talk to me like that." We were not rude. We were not treating her bad, yet she acted like we just went around throwing insults at her. We left very disappointed and angry. We like the food at Subway but the service was terrible. I'm giving them one star because I have to give them something, but if I could I'd give them 0.

This is my favorite Subway! The staff greet you when you walk into the store, everything is always fresh. The service is always fast, even when they are busy. The store is always clean, the tables are always cleaned up, the bathrooms are never dirty, everything is always stocked up. I love this store!
