Amazing place for a delicious pita. I confuses people on the order, but just say yes to everything and you won't be disappointed. I hate cabbage, but on their food it is delicious.

Some girlfriends and I asked a few locals in the Plaza for a quick lunch recommendation we could take to go and they pointed us here. We drove to the Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks and after the first bite we were gushing over our pitas from The Beestro. They were fresh, flavorful and had such depth of flavor. The cucumber-tomato salad and quinoa tabbouleh were favorite add-ins and the sauces were all on point. We saw they'll be featured on Guy Fieri's Diners Drive-ins and Dives on Sept 13 and we can absolutely see why. Their build-it-your-way style Middle Eastern/Mediterranean food is top-notch. We just hope they make it our way soon so we can keep enjoying this gem!

I've yet to find a sandwich I don't like. Edit: NEW LOCATION JUST REOPENED! It is so cute! Love the mini outdoor seating area.

Can I give negative stars?? This was the worst (and most combative) experience I've had while trying to simply get coffee. The cashier was a nice young lady who may have lacked some experience but was making her best effort to ring in our drinks appropriately. However, once the owner noticed a mistake he came over and corrected her in a very negative and degrading demeanor. I decided to let it go until the owner decided it was still appropriate to repeatedly humiliate the cashier in front of paying customers. With years in the service industry this is not how a well suited superior/manager/owner should treat their staff. No one should be made to feel less than and especially in front of others. Upon confronting the owner about his embarrassing behavior he insinuated that I was drunk and made multiple excuses for his piss poor behavior without ever apologizing. If you have a moral compass you'll take your business elsewhere.

This place was recommended to us by a Palestinian shop owner around the corner. We love Mediterranean food, so what better recommendation? I went with the "build your own" Schwarma sandwich. Pick your bread, protein, veggies, sauce... Kind of like a pizza joint. First thing I noticed is that it would be a pretty pricey sandwich compared to the Schwarma sandwich I get at my favorite Palestinian place back home with all the fixings and tasty. I ended up with half the sandwich for $3 more in price. So I bite into it and I get... Meh. This place is off the bucket list for my next trip to Santa Fe. Not terrible. But not good. 3 stars.

This is a different cafe than the now defunct Beestro on Marcy St. This is a delicious, casual, Mediterranean lunch place. They offer salads, bowls (they call rice plates), kabobs and pita sandwiches. You choose a main ingredient (lamb, falafel, chicken schawarma -not in cream sauce- or steak strips) and add yummy toppings and sauces. Be aware that the price can add up quickly. It's very casual, which I like, and can be a quick place to get lunch. I wish they were open for dinner. It's a nice addition to Santa Fe!

Cheap and good! Fantastic baba ganoush, good hummus and homemade pita. They gave me a sample of the falafel, which was very tasty. And all for under $10, right off the Santa Fe plaza. If I lived in town, I'd eat here a lot.

A co-worker suggested that I try the quiche and the soup. I did, and they were delicious. They both tasted homemade. The location is easy to find downtown, and it has ambiance to the max. I will certainly go back again and again. But they are a little pricey, but its true, you pay for what you get. And The Beestro is certainly worth every mouth-watering bite.
