Pizza Hut

Due to no staff you order at the counter and it's served packaged to go but you can eat it in the dinning room . Upon looking around the tables still had Dios on them and were dirty. They'd be better to just offer pickup. In these days clean and disinfected resting areas are not only important but essential. Would never go to another Pizza Hut if what we saw was bad imagine what was being done behind the scenes

With the greatest love of pizza and the older of the restaurant chains. This visit was a let down... even though it wasn't busy inside, the employees were very busy with the phones receiving other orders. Sometimes we have the offset days. And I get that. But hearing sorry for forgetting parts of orders for delivery and pickup and my order... it leaves me with the bitter feeling of not wanting to play the guess what we missed game. Kinda allset with that. I'll keep the memories of better days and hard pass future visits 😌

Made me drive down there to be told they couldn't make my order because they ran out of cheese. I was fine with the fact that they ran out of cheese even though a Supermarket is right in front of them but when I said you could have called me to save me the trip down here the guy lied to me and said he did when he clearly didn't.

I picked the curbside option and I responded to the email that was sent to me that I was there. I sat there about 7 minutes when I realized that I had not seen 1 employee coming outside. So I went in and had to wait to make my way to the counter. I asked for my order and then questioned if the curbside option was available at the Sanford Maine location and was told that it was but they were very busy and were finding it difficult to bring orders out! Then don’t make it an option if you can’t provide the service at an excellent level. The food was fine but I have not been to Pizza Hut in ages because of the lack of good service. I usually will go to domino’s but didn’t feel like driving that far on this particular night. But maybe I should have. I think that I was generous with the rating that I gave. Thank you
