Just tried to eat the worst meal. The food was awful. Ordered chicken and dumplings and the chicken was boiled tenders and the dumplings were thick and half cooked. Pintos and greens had NO flavor. Ordered two plates and they were equally awful. The dog enjoyed the dumplings but they weren't for human consumption. We ordered pickup. If I had been eating in the restaurant I would have sent it back. So disappointing!

Chicken Pot Pie and Loaded Baked Potato dishes are AMAZINGLY delicious! I was stunned at how large the Chicken Pot Pie was~ definitely ordered way too much! The Loaded Baked Potato came home!

It was good, service was a little slow especially for only having 2 tables in the entire restaurant, however the greeter was great and so was the food!!!

As always the food is outstanding. However, I noticed that the tables that don't get sit at doesn't get cleaned, the one right next to me had at least an inch of dust on it. I also noticed that when the tables are cleaned after someone sits at it, no one bothers to whip any of the chairs down...
The waitress for my table was wonderful, but i also noticed that at a good portion of the tables, I guess you could say in the most active part of the restaurant managers as well as other wait staff would check and see how customers were doing.. I kind of felt like my waitress was all on her own and the other staff could care less...

- went here when it was pretty busy, service was good. We actually had a waiter and waitress both checking on us literally every time they passed. Love the new summer menu. I had the Jam N Bacon Burger it was delicious.

I've always loved cracker barrel. Their menu has a lot of variety and prices are reasonable.
I would recommend them for a good home cook meal feeling.
I however, can't recommend them for Thanksgiving meal, for that go to Bob Evans.

Very disappointed in my visit to this particular Cracker Barrel! They were very busy and despite that, we were seated quickly. Drink order was taken quickly but took quite a bit before our order was taken, which I understood because they were quite busy. Our order took forever to reach us, which was only a simple BLT! Other customers who were seated after us and order taken after us, received their order way before ours. Now, I'm a very patient person, so when we finally got our order, I was cool with it. But, when my steak fries were cold, not even a hint of warmth, I raised issue and our waitress quickly went to get some fresh, hot fries. Meanwhile, I when I touched my plate to move it, there was a gob of some unknown slimy stuff under the edge of my plate. No, it wasn't mayonnaise! Count me DONE!! At this point, my appetite has flown the coop and I'm now nauseated! One of the grossest dining experiences ever!!
