This was a express line today! I went through the drive thru less than 3 minutes!! The man at the window was very friendly… and the other man at the pick up window was great too! They did good this morning!! And my hash brown was still hot!!!! Great job! Thank you for good customer service!!!!!

I never have problems with my orders at this McDonald's but I don't think the Playland should have been taken out. It was nice taking your kids there to play and play with other kids now I hardly go there because I always went just so the kids could play and eat. Now IF I GO I run inside because the line us usually long and take it home.

I love the fries, but for the last few months they have not been filling up the large fry. I order a large and the fries are not even half way up in the box. I'm paying for a large and getting less than a small. Please start filling up the fry box!!

March 15 2022 at 1pm ordered a fish sandwich bread was falling apart showing it was an old bun. Extra cheese was charged never put on the product. Seriously get your workers in line and have them do their job correctly not hard managers check over orders. I refuse to go in to complain why you ask look how they can't even take pride in their work you already know they will have a huge attitude if they are made to make it again. So get on them corporate seems they need more help than you think.

I love this McDonald’s, it’s the best in Sanford in my opinion. My order is correct and fresh 99% of the time, and if there is an issue, the team takes care of it right away. :)

Wish I could give bo stars. Get here at 1030PM. Signs lit up and the guy at menu says "we aren't taking orders right now". Then why are you even here?

For the love of... I SHOULD NOT have to check behind your employee's to make sure my order is correct. It's your job to get it right! You have photos of what it's supposed to look like. Look at the order and make it to how the customer would like it! I ordered TRIPLE (means 3 patty) burgers and only got single burgers. Of course, I wasn't charged for the single patty's, it was the triple. Even kindergartners know how to count properly. I attached a photo of what a triple burger looks like vs what I got. Everyone open your order and check to make sure it's correct right then and there and don't wait till you're home for you to find out. I can see in the reviews others had the same problem. EDIT: As you can see from the photo. The wrapping said Triple but it was within a single patty.
