Bojangles

We went there today and wow has it gone downhill. I don't really like to leave negative reviews but today I saw the rare combination of a horribly old microphone that seemed to suck both ways, my order being wrong, food tasting weird (can't really say it tasted old but it kinda did), and when asked if a drink order was right at the window I was met with a "I don't know I didn't make it" from a dead eyed monotone employee. I don't ask for amazing service or expect it but I expect a decent reasonable service. Considering I was in the drive through lane I didn't want to make a fuse and hold everyone up so I just took it and left. The only shinning star was the guy who was at the first window who took our card. He's the only reason I am giving two stars because it doesn't feel right to lump him in with his lower skilled employees.

I was stuck waiting on my order for 43 minutes ☹️,they were More ready to take care of the people coming through the drive thru.then the one's in the dinning room.short staff , messy counter display.poor service.and yes I have pictures of staff not being at there stations and etc.☹️☹️☹️☹️,I really couldn't believe it.
