Subway

I ordered two different foot longs, but the poor girl made the same one for both. One I didnt even ask for. At least she was trying and we will eat what ever we ended up with. The girl came back over to add the toppings. I had to keep asking for more, like what the guy was putting on the other customer beside me. My foot long had two small tomatoes when the guy next to me had six big slices. I asked for more and got three on each foot long. She gave me three small pieces of onion. Three slices banana peppers. Three leafs of spinach. I asked for more and got one more of each of those. That is when I realized she obviously didnt care about her job or customer service. I asked for sause and she gave me a sause I dont care for instead of the ranch I asked for. I paid and she pointed out the tip feature and asked for me to tip her! When my subs were half or less of what all the other customers in line were getting. I'll be going to another subway after this experience.

I went a few hours to closing to get dinner. There was two women working at the time. One was bigger built who I see working all the time. The other was a slender young lady. The woman greeted me nicely like always and then asked the younger one if she minded taking my order so she could put the bread up. After a few minutes the younger worker comes around the corner to the lobby and started cleaning a clean table. Again the woman asks her nicely to help her so she could do what she needs to do. "I told you I'm going to clean the lobby." I was shocked at the response and felt like the other one just wanted to do her own thing and not make my sandwich. I honestly can't believe that the woman clocked out and said "I'm done". For one to walk out on the job is a tough thing and I feel aweful for her. I suggest that you guys find better staff willing to help others. I adore the one who clocked out. If she quits I will not be back Period.
