Now named Cabana Live. Very nicely decorated restaurant bar at Boat Tree Marina. Pool is amazing and the food is great, too.

They had a delicious seafood platter that my husband & I shared. It had plenty on the platter for us both!
Inside the place is clean, had a large bar as well as restaurant.
Out back is unique, it has a pool, stage were bands play and another large bar.
Behind this place, there is boat docking which made it convenient for us. There are private slips there to so watch for signs.
We have been here a few times for live bands in the evening. This was the first time in daylight. The drinks are a bit pricey, that would be my only con.

Was there on a Saturday night (7pm) to see a tribute band. Not crowded at all. Great location! Was surprised they had a pool, too! Food was tasty but came out cold. We wanted draft beer but were told they didn't have any -- cans only. We tried to order something else & were told they didn't have that either. Settled on classic Mojitos. Not good. Switched to another drink & those were great. Signs state that pool was for 18 years & older ... not true. Kids were in the pool ALL night! Waitress was great! Always coming by to see if we needed anything. Well be back! Had a great time!

Underground EDM from House to Hardcore to top club dance music, 2 step, hip hop, to a thumpin' live dj mix set!
I recommend bringing your friends!!
If you go out on the St.Johns river with your party boat? This is a must stop marina!
If you are driving? This place is as its name suggests; an Oasis.
Just remember its 15mph down the drive into the marina and follow the road to the left, past the stop sign.
In either case. Thursday night is the day to get your dance on!

Great service great food has a great big pool. They have a DJ and it's right by the water next to a marina. Family friendly. Full bar on pool deck.

A hidden gem in Sanford that is overlooked. The food has been amazing since they’ve revamped their menu. The bartenders are always attentive and a ton of fun to be around. The vibes and waterfront view are what really sets Oasis apart from other bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

I bought a $20 Groupon for this place & it DID NOT disappoint! The food was delicious & the service was great! My daughter & niece ordered online while me, my sister & other niece ordered at the bar. Wonderful customer service & our to-go orders came out quickly. We will definitely return!

Great place and great ambiance. They are right on the water so you can arrive by land or sea. Outdoor space have great sitting and dining areas along with a bar and a pool overlooking the stage. Food was good and service was awesome. Inside bar has multiple TVs playing live sports
