Subway

Ordered on the app at 7 to be ready at 7:20. Paid for 6 sandwiches. Google and subway all says closes at 8. I got there at 7:20 and the doors were locked. He said they are closed and he canceled my order. Worker said manager keeps forgetting to update closing time in app. He closed the door on me and locked it. Horrible service. No apology or anything. Off to Chick-FIL-a, where I can actually get good service.

If I could of gave it 0 stars I would of. Worst experience of my life. The manager was flat out rude. My boyfriend ask if they had sweet tea and he said “what you see is what there is” and then When I asked for the corporate number he wouldn’t give it to me and said “oh I’m sure you can find it somewhere”. So then I asked for his first and last name and he wouldn’t give his last name. But his first name is Nick. I’ll never return to this subway again. Very horrible!!!!!! Save your money and go to another restaurant.

Went to this Subway 7/6/19 and found the "manager" to lack customer service skills and to be arrogant/rude, not only to myself but to other customers as well. Also found that he, the "manager," had not done his job to train his employees as to what goes on the new Ciabatta subs, as they certainly do not know how to put this sub together. The "manager" also put blame on the customer"S", not taking responsibility for his and his employees incompetency/poor customer service skills.

They don't watch how fresh their meats are, and if they do, they don't care replacing old ones. I ordered roast beef and and the meat was going bad, because I was sick within an hour. The attendant knew there was something wrong with the meat, because he turned whole stack of meat cuts upside down and grabbed cuts from the bottom. That should have been a clue for me to cancel my order.
