I was recommended this Vietnamese restaurant from friends. The food was delicious and flavorful. Price is affordable for me. Must try “cơm tấm” here. Will come back when I approach Little Saigon.

Haven't had Com Tam for so long wanted to find a lowkey restaurant that made it. This place has so many options for Com Tam. This restaurant is your neighborhood restaurant that is authentic and patronize by locals. Overall who was pretty good not too expensive and the fish sauce and ingredients for fresh.

This place offers wide variety of rice plate combination choices. And you can always add extra toppings to your rice plate or vermicelli orders.
The only bad part is it will take you a long time to decide which one to order. LOL.
Be sure to reconfirm the toppings you ordered. They only have one employee spoke English. Rest of employees will easily mistaken the combination you’ve chosen. (Doesn’t matter if you have pointed the menu line in Vietnamese, the dish # or the English line…)

Besides parking, everything else was great. Food here is cheap, delicious, and authentic (according to my aunt).
*This place is close to Grand Century so there will be homeless people sleeping near the lawn or hanging out by the bus stop.
