It was a fun dining experience. You get a hot pot all to yourself, which is what they are known for. The food was exceptional, it tasted great. But it was certainly nothing that blew me away.

I've been to this location a few times. It's usually a great experience but this last time I was here it sucked. Service was horrible by ALL staff. When they brought my soup it was tilted from one side and barely had any soup. Clearly they had dropped some of it. They didn't even bother to straighten it out before brining it to us. Ridiculous. I had to hold my hand up for a while minute before being noticed by any of the staff. Super annoying. The staff looked like they hated life and clearly didn't want to be there. I won't be coming here anytime soon.

Food is excellent. Service is really great. NOT FRIENDLY TO THE ENVIRONMENT. For lunch, it comes with a complimentary drink with a plastic cup. I asked for a cup of water and it comes with a plastic cup. At the end of the meal, they give a small liquid dessert. It’s comes with a small plastic cup I JUST WASTED THREE PLASTIC CUPS FOR A MEAL. PLEASE USE REUSABLE CUPS!!!!

Some of the best taps in LA. Their beer can be found in pubs across the area. Take the brewery tour which is given every hour. It will be worth your while. With the introduction of food from asian nation this has become one of the premier places to go for a good time and good food.

Meh I used to love boiling point and I still return now because I get cravings ! I'm not sure I love it as much and honestly, I think tasty pot beats BP anytime now especially since they changed their sauces. I seriously miss their bean sauce that they had since the beginning. Now everything f is just kind of sweet, even the soup base. However, I did enjoy their new curry flavor and I like how their meat looks slightly more fresh than before now. Not sure if it's worth the wait or the price though.

This place does outdoor dining and waiting time wasnt too long. Unfortunately, we had pretty bad experience yesterday regarding the food. Don't try the Taiwanese Spicy. PERIOD. I usually take spicy food, i love spicy food, but this was unbearably spicy to the point where we couldnt finish the food within 10 minutes. We tried many things to cool us down, like a lot of 7 cold drinks & added veggie soup to it (which did help 10%, btw thank you to the girl that helped us, that was the only positive thing that happened). But right after, we had very bad after effects. My bf got a headache & stomach pain right throughout the whole day. Ruined the mood. The next morning, my stomach started hurting real bad and had to expell it all out. Got diahrea, which was expected after I ate. But my A-hole was BURNING, it hurts, the spicyness was too real. A bit sad that we shouldve tried Tums before we ate, but they should've warned us about how spicy it is because we didnt know we can adjust the spicyness. They dont do the fire like how they usually do due to health reasons, which is fine. But it does affect the taste and made the food warm to touch, which is weird. Also they don't tell us there's no flame until after they serve the food. What's the point of "Boiling Point" if its not boiling anymore? I also work in the business food industry, At least they should invest in an electric stove? Since they have 4 tables outside, its not that costly for an investment and it will prevent any disappointment & bad ratings from future customers. But overall, it wasnt worth the price, servicr is not the same, and I almost went to the emergency room because of the food. Never again
