Their food became much, much better, equal to Panda Express in Mira Mesa. We usually order orange chicken, beef broccoli with rice and noodles. Everything is so quick, and the line is short. The food is not too sweet, too salty or sour as in the other locations (UTC Westfield food court Panda Express is terrible).

It's kind of silly really how they place food into plates. You'd figure a double order would be placed in the plate and the different item in the separate container. Please don't do this again it makes no sense. I only come here because it's the only known location that makes eggplant tofu

This is the best Panda Express there is. The people there are very friendly and the food always tastes the same, really good! I get a bunch, like 40 fortune cookies for my family to take home, they square me away with those. One if my favorite places to eat. There are some comfy couches right outside in the socal sunshine, or marine layer... It is San Diego after all. It, you can go over the IH5 bridge into Del Mar or La Jolla Beach and look at the ocean while you chow down. Doesn't get better than that!

I give 4 stars based on price and quality. The food quality is not equivalent to pricier restaurants to which I've given 4 stars.
As on reviewer said, it hard to beat for the price.
I especially like the beef and broccoli (when its fresh) and honey walnut shrimp.
