Baker's Burgers

Born and raised on Bakers so I can tell you it’s soooo annoying how their taste and service has fallen off. The old lady with curly hair messes up my order and after attitude and giving me the fries I order this is what they give me. She shoved napkins on top so we couldn’t tell. The management is not the best either after messing up a 2nd time Mat offers me an order or fries on my next visit. With that old lady being there as long as she has you would expect better work ethic.

Aside from the girls attitude at the window , everything about this experience was so disappointing. I grew up eating Bakers at all hours of the day and night and never had an issue . The crews were always friendly and took good care of us . Whoever is training these idiots now needs to be taught better themselves. The price skyrocketed and the customer service disappeared. They forget or mess up parts of your order then act like it's your fault because you interrupted their conversations, anyway this location really sucks . I haven't been back to the one by San Bernardino high-school in years , hopefully they still have what I remember as the Bakers feel .
