They never get my order wrong. They offered free things for a long wait. They have great customer service. And better than McDonald's since they don't have this in Cleveland.

Super clean restrooms with a code on the door. You have to ask an employee for access. I bet that gets annoying for them! lol we visited a few days ago, and their soda machine needed to switch their syrups. It was flat. :(

Still one of my favorite WB locations. Love the old A frame stores. Excellent atmosphere. Very clean. Manager and crew were on top of it. Thank you.

Very busy and managers were just watching the cashier go back and forth between drive thru and front counter. Not cool management. Poor girl looked so stressed.

Well I just got the Whataburger Junior but I had told them extra mayo they didn't do extra mayo I told them extra pickles they slightly added extra I could have wanted a couple more pieces and the lettuce was just not tasteful and appealing at all aside from that the burger was okay. On your rings were fresh french fries could have been more fresh looks like they had been sitting there for a little bit. And they took quite some time on my burger but on my cousin's his was quick and looked more fresher.
