Food was okay (hence gaining one star) but customer service was impolite and rude. The older man who works there is amazing, but the other workers are not so kind.

Prices are out of control, just keep going up. Sandwiches significantly more than other local shops. Do not go to this store, save yourself money and gruve down the road to another subway.

scam alert! leave near this location and get promo mail with coupons and guess what? this location does not accept ANY of these coupons but they do send it in your mailbox. such business models must be boycotted :(

Luis makes good sandwiches but the other employee is very rude and impolite. The 2nd star is for the nice sandwich Luis made.

Ordered on line, went in to Subway and told them I had am on line order and gave my name to worker 1. He said something to the other worker. Other worker approached me, I said the same thing, he said he didn’t have an on line order for me. I showed him my order, he went to the register, came back with a ticket with my name on it, he asked me to verify the order and made a rude comment. He hurried up and made my sandwich and was clear upset about it. Didn’t say thank you, sorry for the inconvenience.
They clearly had my order but didn't check their on line orders. Stuff happens, I get that but don't be rude and insulting. Just apologize.

Honestly what’s the point of having coupons if you can’t even use them on the only subs that taste good. They exclude 10/20 subs on the menu from coupons. The only thing stopping this from being a one star is Luis and the lit sandwiches he makes. Give him a raise fr.

Ordered two sandwiches from this location last night. My entire family is having stomach problems today. Might have been bad bread or ingredients. I don't get why the health and safety is poor in fast food chains in Issaquah/Sammamish region.
For health concerns, I do not recommend this location at all. Stay away.

Subway app shows you guys are open till 10 pm , but store actually closes at 9 pm. I placed an order at 9 and got an email asking to pick up 9:20, store was closed and you charged my account for the order. I have been trying to reach your store over phone for last 2 days, but nobody picks the phone.
