Bojangles

This place has really gone downhill. I used to work in food service so I know accidents happen and I’ve always given places the benefit of the doubt but I’m done with this place. I waited five minutes at the register to order a half gallon of sweet tea when there was no one in the restaurant besides myself and two other people who had already ordered, then another ten minutes to actually receive it. When the cashier finally gave it to me I told her to make sure it was sweet tea and she said it was. When I got home it was not only unsweetened tea, but it tasted days old. This particular instance wasn’t that big of a deal, it was just the final straw. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra couple minutes it takes to go to the other Bojangles or just go to a different fast food place entirely.

Cashier didn't take all of my order, when I received the food I realized that I didn't have enough, and it was wrong . I brought it to the attention of the person filling my order, she tells me in a overly loud voice, THATS ALL! what do you mean , I asked. She turned her back, and went deaf, and gave smart remarks to her coworkers, that I wanted something for free, STAY AWAY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOJANGLES, ON JAKE ALEXANDER BLVD, SALISBURY.

This place was HORRIBLE! I ordered for my daughter and her friend, they got it wrong. Then I paid for a large fry. They gave me a medium and it was half full. Now, if I can count that there are 9 french fries, then I did not get my money's worth. Then because I asked the manager to fix it. The staff began to rudely laugh, like I did something wrong. My issue is what would you want done if it were you in the drive-thru instead of working. I can tell you they would have used profanity!
