My partner and I usually love coming to this location specifically for the large Iced Matcha but lately I’ve been paying for ice! 15 bucks, a tip and 3 sips later I have no drink!!! sucks because out of all locations this one get the flavor of match just right but I will not be returning because I don’t want to pay 7+ dollar for a large cup of ice :( even when I ask for light ice

This has been my all time favorite place to grab coffee with friends! My favorite pick it the caramel hazelnut mocha. The staff are really great to chat with and seem to have a lot of fun.

The lady who is my special someone loves their coffee and I have loved it in the past. Unfortunately because of medical reasons I can no longer have coffee or tea because of the caffeine Factor. All I got to say about that is rats. But I want to repair my health and so the Human Bean is a pleasure that I must no longer enjoy. But when I used to go there everyone was friendly and I really enjoyed the drinks. My special lady still loves them. With respect to everyone. Brant Heavner 😁👋

Consistency is lacking, unfortunately. Sometime their lattes are foamy and other times they are scalding hot with no evidence of steamed milk. The drive through wait ended up being 20+ minutes while two walk-up customers came and went during that time.

I just moved from Portland to Salem. Had all mail forwarded to my new Salem address. I received a coupon in the mail for a free drink at various Portland Human Bean locations. Since I don’t go to Portland often I came by and asked if I’d be able to use the coupon. The girl helping stated the obvious that it was for Portland locations. I said I know but I just moved here, and she coldly said we aren’t going to be able to help you. I did not feel welcomed to my new neighborhood, and I certainly will not be coming back to Human Bean Salem. Plenty of other drive through coffee shops with friendlier baristas.

Great breakfast sandwiches, and stellar drinks to boot. The Chorizo Breakfast Bagel with Jalapenos might be a little spicy for some, but wow... the flavor! There's a Vanilla Bean shake that's just to die for as well!

My absolute favorite place to go! I've been going since this location first opened. I've never had a bad drink here. And most of the time I don't know what to order so I have them surprise me. And they've all been delicious!
