Super Pho

3 stars overall. Food is more of a 4 star. Their service is slow and seemed unorganized. It was a bit of a process just to pay and they didn't care where you sat. Pho was great! Ordered an iced coffee and it was in a pre packaged cup. Not a fan of anything other then the coffee drip it should come in. Fix the issues and rating would be higher. Parking also sucked outside and a ton of homeless in the area.

It hurts my heart to write this review because I've been a devoted customer for many years. I've enthusiastically introduced this place to dozens of friends. But it has gone downhill. The food is still *almost* as good as it was a few years ago, but the service has become horrendous. I am not a difficult to please customer. All I care about is that my table is clean, they get my order right, and actually bring me a water and some utensils before my food arrives. The last two times I've come in (both in the last 6wks) they have not been capable of any of those things, and have treated me with indifference and even rudeness when I've asked very gently for the things I need. Also, most of the servers have those extremely long fake fingernails that harbor bacteria easily, and they're not washing their hands. Yuck. So, all in all, 4 stars for the food (when they actually bring me what I ordered) but 1 star for the service. Gonna give it an overall 3 stars because I do still love the food, but I won't be back for awhile. I hope in the interim they get it together or they're going to run the place into the ground.

Pro: cheap, big portion Cons: also cheap and big portion, that's why the quality has gone down? Pre pandemic, I used to come here a lot for phở. The broth was really good. Since 2020, the quality has consistently gone down, but I'd still given it a try every couple months. Today (04/24/2022) was the last straw. The broth was so bland. I couldn't taste a hint of any of the phở ingredients. In effect, if there was a blind test, I wouldn't be able to tell what dish the broth belonged to. I know grocery prices have increased a lot over the past couple years, but I'd rather they raise the prices by a couple dollars but still maintain the high quality. It was sad. It used to be the dish that reminds me of my home. Now it's just a watered down version of who knows what dish. Gave 1 extra star for the big portion.

This place was a great place to eat for some time but it has gone down hill for us before they're renovation. We have yet to eat there since their remodel. Our issues we had with them at the time was that... • The Pho was delicious and great but they ran out of things a few times. • They were out of Thai ice tea for more than several times that we ate there. • Their salad roll had a lot of lettuces and noodles in it, in which it could be it's own meal. • The seating areas were decent but not so clean or kept up • 15-25 minutes waiting time for the food to arrive to you was long sometimes
