Just went for my first time and it was horrible. I got a hot chocolate that had a funny taste and a clump of something was in it that tasted bitter. The donuts were tiny and not at all what I expected for Dunkin Donuts! Definitely won't be back!

This was a drive-thru visit, from the time you enter the drive-thru line, to the time you receive your order and exit, was running approximately 10 to 15 minutes I find this excessive wait to detour from my Dunkin Donut experience! Most sincerely, Panera Bakery. ! 9:45am

The employees are awesome but the line is always very long and customers will cut you off. There also have been several arguments between customers in the parking lot.

They person taking order made everything much more difficult than it should have been. Constantly having to repeat myself. What is usually smooth ordering in KC is horrible in St Joe. This is not the only time it has happened. Multiple times. Or ahould I say every time. The line takes forever because of this. If its a speaker/ headphone issue then fix it. My suggestion is to stay clear.

Went through the drive thru (1st mistake I guess) the gal taking our order was extremely rude; we ordered 2 of the 10 PC donut holes, a Bavarian cream, a glazed, a ghost pepper and an apple fritter; holes came in their little boxes the 3 donuts and "fritter" were thrown in a bag (yep all together...my glazed had ghost pepper stuff all over it) in place of the $1.59 apple fritter was a jelly filled small Bismarck? With white icing
Sadly the first time I was here it was great because I went in and picked up a few dozen for the ambulance company I was working for; today was my 2nd visit and I doubt we go back I'll just make them at home or drive to KC for a Krispy Kreme
