Dunkin'

Literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Anytime I go, I order the same drink and it always tastes different. They are always extremely rude at the drive thru and inside. Today I order a cappuccino and it is literally a cup of just milk. I take it back in, now running late for work, and the woman tries to tell me it has coffee in it when it is quite obviously a cup of bright white MILK. Finally the other girl admits to not putting any caramel or anything in it! They don’t even remake it, just add the caramel to my milk and give it back to me still light as ever and when I say can you please put more coffee in it, the girl says very rudely “what’s wrong with it now?!” Safe to say I will NEVER be going back to this location and I suggest everyone do the same.

I always avoid going to this Dunkin as they always suck!!! Today I stopped in and the girl says their hot coffee machine is down! I had to get an iced coffee. Slow service always!! I pull up to the window and the girl rudely says “ What donuts did you order?!” I didn’t order any donuts! Only an iced coffee . She rudely hands me my coffee! This Dunkin needs to get it together!!! It’s the worst one in NWI!!

Believe the bad reviews. There have been so many times I've wanted to give this Dunkin a bad review. And every time, I think... One more chance. Or maybe they just had a bad day. Today though... No more chances. Thank you Dunkin for my hard as concrete croissant on my sweet black pepper bacon sandwich. It's so bad, that it's inedible. My choices were drive back to complain, it just take the insides out and eat them without the rock bread. I chose the latter with as much as I have to do today. Let's not forget to mention my cold undercooked hashbrowns. My granddaughter wanted donuts, and as I named off some of their most common donuts, they continued to tell me they don't have those today, because they are too lazy to make them. . This location simply doesn't care about being substandard and they don't care about their customers. And the employees always seem in a bad mood and I've witnessed arguments on a few occasions from the drive thru window between employees. Forget this one and drive north a mile to the Schererville location. You'll thank me later.

This place is the worst. They never give me a total price for my order or a receipt. The ice cream tastes like it's 5yrs old and it's been melted and refrozen a few times. Everything they have taste stale and the people who work there are terrible and thats a whole different story. They are always extremely rude at the drive thru and inside. Congrats on being the worst Dunkin location I have been to and I travel the whole US for my job. Who does the hiring here? Employees are awful and half the time can’t get a coffee with cream and sugar right. Embarrassing. It’s right by my house and I’ll drive to the Schererville location to avoid it, which is top notch.

Every time we go to this location, our order is screwed up. Spoke with the district manager today and he could care less. This location is awful. I’d rather drive a little farther than to deal with our order screwed up every Saturday. It’s really not that hard to make an iced coffee and microwave some food.
