Ihop

This was a fairly busy location but we were promptly seated at a nice roomy table. Service started out pretty good but once we received our meals we were kinda forgotten about. Food was pretty decent for lunch. Restaurant was clean , plenty of parking that was handicapped accessible with easy access to the main road.

Decided to get some carry out from IHOP. It would be better if they decided to answer their phone. Called two times and they don’t answer. When I got to the restaurant I called and could clearly hear the phone ringing in the restaurant. Anyway only three tables full and two servers. No reason not to answer the phone. So I ordered my food from the very nice young lady working in the front and did waited a short time and took it home. The food was wonderful as always. Love the way they package the to go food with plenty of condiments. Food here is always great!!

I highly recommend this IHOP due to the staff going above and beyond for their customers. I was sort of in a rush this morning to get to work And I told the waitress that I was in a rush and instead of her telling me that there's not much she can do because the place is packed, she instead told me, let me take a look at what I can do and within 10 minutes she brought out my food And I was able to get to work on time! Now that's what I call service, Oh and the food was fantastic 💯

Tried placing a Mobil order and the system said this restaurant was not taking online orders at this time, tried calling and spent 18 minutes on the line until I got tired of waiting and had to Hung up, went in and there were only two full tables , they were not even busy and staff gossiping in the kitchen gave me the impression that they were fully staffed, I even had to get their attention to come and take my order. I must say the only positive was being helped by THALIA, she was very professional and looked like she was the only employee wanting to do her job. Thank you Thalia

It's a good place to eat but the bowl I ordered recently was not that satisfying. Had way to much cheese and veggies and not enough rice. Felt like I was eating clumps of cheese. Asked for it discounted and they ended up taking it off the bill so it was appreciated. Would still come back for breakfast though.

Everything was awful, my first and only time here. Took 30+ mins to get our food from order. I pointed at what my granddaughter and I wanted but, the price is only good from 3-8 and the waitress said nothing about it. McD's would have been a better option !! Would give 0 stars if it was an option. St Cloud, Fl. Everything was cold as well.
