Horrible experience me and my friend when in to the store today with her two kids we were shopping at the grocery side some people had masks on others didn't, we were in the store for about 10 minutes already but we decided to get some of the hot food they have there we waited for a few minutes we saw the man yelling at the lady in the back no one of them had their masks on. After we paid he said you can't be standing here you have to wait outside for your food but mind we were already in the the grocery inside shopping etc.. then he refused to give us our money back for the 4 sambusas we bought and also his mask was not on him either. I told him I feel safer we the kids inside because of the activities in that area! He didn't care the kids and my friend were scared! The guy was Soo rude and unprofessional also I never saw I sign that said no refunds after purchase. He didn't give us refund because of a mask but no one in the back and himself was NOT wearing a mask. I felt so disrespected by this man. I didn't even feel like eating the food no more I was uncomfortable but he refused the refund by this time the lady in the back finally gave us our sambusas. We got home and eat and now me and her are both vomiting. Please don't buy food from here I don't know if this man spit in our food or what but I honestly feel sick to my stomach so does my friend horrible customer service skills!
