Jack's Do-nut Wheel

I’ve been coming to this donut shop since 1992. The donut holes were heavenly back then. I do believe they’ve changed ownership since then and a little has changed in regard to quality. The donuts are still delicious, the service is friendly especially once you get to know the personalities of each staff member. This is the go to spot for picking up donuts for staff in the morning. You can never go wrong with the maple donuts. I love donut holes and each of our staff have their own favorites that we get every time. $14.99 for a dozen regular donuts, $20.99 for a dozen fancy donuts (the bigger ones), $2.75 for a dozen donut holes, and $1.50 for a single small donut.

My first time here and I must say that I am extremely impressed by a few things I observed. Seeing all the beautiful donuts gave me the feeling that whoever works here love their job and put their heart and soul into the donuts. Although, I only purchased an old fashioned glazed and a regular maple donut they were really really good. But wait... the customer service was great and anyone who know me, knows exactly how I feel about customer service. I didn't feel rushed the lady was patient with me as I admired and asked questions about the creative donuts because I never saw donuts like that before. I have to admit that Jack's Donut Wheel is the best donut place in North Sacramento😋. I can't wait to go back!

One of the best donut shops in Sacramento. Great selection of raised, old fashioned, cake, buttermilk, crueller and specialty donuts. They also have fresh croissants daily. Good ham and cheese and plain croissants, they make breakfast sandwiches. Usually a line early in the morning but worth the few minutes wait. Part of our weekly routine to get chocolate bars, apple bear claws, strawberry croissants, bacon maple bars for the crew.

Employees/staff were nice and helpful to customers and each other. I only got original donuts this round but they were good. Not too sweet but at the same time not bland. Donuts were moist and not dry. They were busy but worked efficiently to get the line moving. Fresh donuts were coming in as donuts were being sold. I'll definitely come back
