Starbucks

The people here are friendly and interesting. Some times my order is ready before I walk through the door. They see me coming from across the park. Outdoor seating on one side. It has a decorative barrier between the seating and the pedestrian traffic. Some times there are interesting downtown characters who frequent this location.

The baristas are great. I love the seasonal drinks, breakfast items, and even some of the lunch items. It's downtown, so expect typical downtown stuff, but this store is a great part of our little community, and they often do their best to go above and beyond. I just wish they had decaf cold brew cuz their cold brew drinks are great, and I'd order them later in the day if I didn't think that would keep me up at night.

This place is a hit and miss. It's always busy. Most of the time it's on point. Yesterday I ordered a cold brew with my own cup. I was charged for a venti but it wasn't even filled all the way. There was 2-4 inches missing when I got my drink. I was disappointed. I've been here before as I ordered through the mobile app and I waited 20 minutes and no drink ever came. I had to call their customer service and ask for a refund. I did get the refund. I only come here because the other Starbucks is also a hit and miss that's down the street from my work.
