The service, staff,and food were fantastic. The store was a little cold because the air conditioning was on but the store atmosphere is great.

I wish I can give them 10 stars lol. I was staying at the Hyatt and used the gym next door, stopped by to pick up some drinks on my way back to the room. The service experience...world class. I have never experienced this level of service at a Starbucks store. It was almost surreal and I was in shock. The girl that was ringing me up was so patient and so kind to me it gave me hope for humanity lol. I wish I got her name but I did submit a feedback to corporate with the receipt number (#015790) so hopefully they can track her down and commend her for a job well done. In fact, they should promote her to a manager position ASAP!

During covid open 6am until 2 pm. Quick easy smaller store for early and afternoon drinks. If you want a Starbucks open later head to the one in J street around the corner. I like the smaller team of people and smaller location during covid.

I'm a big fan of Starbucks coffee. I think that most of the Starbucks are very consistent with each other. You can trust on the consistency. I'm not in to all the frothy drinks but those all look pretty good for those people who want them. I do like the drip and americanos coffee quite a lot.

Although it was very busy the Batista's had a great upbeat attitude and kept things going quickly. I totally appreciate their great attitude, I know it must have been a long morning for them.
