Just watched a worker argue with a customer because HE messed up her order that she placed in the APP. And her names. called Very unprofessional behavior regardless of her feelings. Meanwhile everyrime I come to jersey and order a caramel latte and ask for cream, the worker always tell me she's not making it the way I want it. If I'm paying you make it how I want it.

Their prices are expensive and mostly founded crowed with students or kids due to the school around it. Its a secures place, offering parking sport for at-least 15 min (although don't worry if you park for more time then it is said, because they don't do anything other than saying) Over all good place to visit in evening with good environment. Team workers are nice and respectful, the manager is great(after all Indians are Great: ) ).

I was excited to find that they had paper cup options. It had been years since I had their coffee because I refused to use styrofoam. The place was clean. The cashier friendly. The air conditioning felt nice. Unfortunately, the decaf coffee was disgusting. The taste profile was similar to coffee breath if that makes sense. They used to be my favorite. :-(

It's nothing against this location. The people are great. They just never have any munchkins. They never have options for regular donuts. And they never seem like they have anyone there but it's just empty of options. I'm not sure if the company offers less options these days or if all the donut people hit it up before 8AM but I feel like I'm going to be hitting up other local options more often and letting my nostalgia for DD go.

OK.. since the the second time. I have to write a review. Ordered a Large hot macchiato with Almond milk and it was half full. Never going to this one again. I’m also considering never going to any Dunkin Donuts ever again because they can’t seem to get order correct or it’s alway half full. Definitely, never at this location again. I left a tip and everything.. very disappointing because I told them before about this and thought they’d had it corrected.

I asked for hot chocolate no whip cream. She gave me a hot chocolate with whip cream and charged me for it. On top of that refused to give me a refund when I asked and started yelling at me.. I will never come back here again.

The staff was rude! Gave me the wrong drink because they want to rush you out the manager gave dirty looks when I returned the drink.! It was their mistake not mine. I will never return there I'd rather pay extra money for my drink than to deal with rude staff and manager shes not good under pressure!
