Cajun Crawdads

Honest, punctual, and professional. Gentleman told me to meet him at 8:30 on a Sunday and 8:29 he stepped out his truck. Loaded the crawfish for me, gave us some great advice, and wouldn't take a tip. I will no longer buy live crawfish from anyone else if I can help it and the only place I let cook my crawfish. This gentleman won't sell your order out from under you or raise the price if sales are hot like his competitors. Cleanest and liveliest crawfish too. He doesn't use the meat hooks or toss the bags around killing the crawfish. He actually treated the crawfish like they were livestock. Like he honestly cared about their wellbeing. Good guy. Cannot recommend enough.

Crawfish is good , nicely sized. My second preference for crawfish around the area . Although the butter sauce taste like plain margarine.. maybe that’s everywhere idk I just expect real butter when it’s called that. I’ve only had one batch that some crawfish were really lacking in flavor and only a handful out of all the times I’ve been that crawfish had a bad dirt taste. Been multiple times so that’s not bad .
