Ruby Tuesday

Nice place. Waitress was well informed about the menu items. Food tasted great! I had the croissant BLTA. Fantastic! We even took our picture with the statute of liberty in the lobby! Got out for a fair price,too! If you are trying to decide between bottomless steak fries or speckled fruit, I would recommend the steak fries. Bottomless speckled fruit was not fresh fruit. Still tasted okay, though.

I'm having a wonderful breakfast here! The server is very good and I am really enjoying the food. The steak is perfectly cooked and the portions are large. I'm having the steak and eggs. It's a lot of food, but I am going to take some of it in a box and eat it later here in the airport. Really brightened this morning for me!

The food was ok loved the salad bar clean and food fresh . Advertise kids eat free on Tuesdays then kids should eat free especially if items are off the kids menu we had to pay for the kids drink and kids Sunday. The bill was still over a hundred dollars without the. 2 kids eat free so I think they could of afforded to take the juice box chocolate milk and kids Sunday off. Also the cookie Sunday was microwaved the cookie was hard as a rock.

The menus were very dirty, falling apart and some items crossed out with a pen . There was lack of urgency to rotate the tables and it took 30 minutes to get only 2 plates of food. Since this is an airport you would hope they understand the importance of speediness. the burger we ordered at medium temp came rare but the chicken was good .

Went for dinner with my 3 year old. Our waitress was Holly and she literally would not serve our table. We arrived at 4:35p and by 5p I asked a different staff member if she could find our waiter since we hadn't been waited on yet. Holly walks up and i tell her I'm sorry to be frustrated, just been waiting a while. We order our drinks and she brings them out. 30 min go by and I have to flag her down again to get our order! The kicker was that I watched her wait on all her other booths very attentively, she just refused to acknowledge we were sitting there. After she walked up to us again and offered no apology, I asked for the manager. Surprisingly, she had no problem getting him for me and he did comp our drinks. We left and did not order any food. Will never visit this place again.

Super terrible! I was there recently and had 1 hour to spare before my flight. I waited for 20 minutes behind a party of 4 while there were many tables for 1 available. Finally I spoke up and was told I could sit at the bar. I was in the mood for their famous salad bar. It was poorly stocked, one of the cheeses was empty, as were the amazing croutons. I had to ask to have things refilled, and then they would bring out a meager hanfull. No where near the selection in a real restaurant, but all the price. It took the bartender 25 minutes to even get me a glass of water. With 15 minutes left before boarding I couldn’t find anyone to get me my check, and it took all 15 minutes to get it. It was clear that no one could be bothered to work, and they were disorganized AF. AVOID.

Had a Sam Adam's and a Jack & Coke with my wife before a flight and enjoyed it immensely. We also shared the spinach & artichoke dip along with some sweet potato fries and it truly hit the spot before we had to sit for hours on a plane. Our waitress was great, service was quick, place was clean, and it had a great atmosphere... would do it all over again...lol
