Have used just eats delivery 3 times now and each time the food has still been hot and the food just as good as in the restaurant.
Obviously not vegan but the Chilli-cheese fries are amazing, the Vegan burger is great too.

I’m often puzzled what restaurant to choose in Romford. I usually enjoy eating from different places and for years I don’t tend to go back twice. I find I can get a better burger at home.. that was until I found Wendy’s in Romford. Firstly, I don’t ever write reviews on restaurants because most organisations are bellow company policy standards.
Upon my first visit to Wendy’s Romford, I was greeted by a truly lovely man who had outstanding customer service! I was troubled on what to order as I have never ate from Wendy’s or seen the menu at this time. I was given a detailed explanation on items that looked interesting for me. Who I now know as Alex could not have been more professional, enthusiastic and down to earth, consequently I was satisfied on what I should order. I’m actually really surprised his working for Wendy’s as his definitely outgrown the position.
Store is well maintained and tidy no matter if I’m there at 10am or 10pm. I’m so proud to walk into Wendy’s, not for the food but from the service from all the staff. Everyone of them Spectacular at what they do and all need to be credited on their hard work and dedication! I love Wendy’s <3

Perfect burgers. Moist, tasty and hot.
Restaurant was spotless and constantly being cleaned.
We both had the daves doubles. Lovely and moist and piping hot. Washed down with soda from the help yourself machines. Also had the spicy chicken bites. These were OK for £2. Probably the right price

Nice place to eat on a day out with family. In the heart of Romford Market, it is one of many fast food places. Only recently opened, good services and helpful staff. Food is reasonably priced. My only issue is that the receipt does not state the meal ordered. Our orders were mixed up. It would be good to have ordered foods itemised on the receipt per chance there are issues with the serving. Otherwise, I had a pleasant time with family here

This is our first visit to Wendy's and we visited on a Saturday around lunchtime.
As you enter the ordering stations are to your right, seating to the left and collection area is at the back in the middle.
The place was bright, tidy and clean. We ordered our food and it was ready within 5 mins.
We ordered chilli fries, and a spicy burger meal which included a bottomless drink. The portion sizes are not bad at all, and our meal cost just over £10.
The fries were great, nice and crispy. The chilli wasn't anything special but it tasted good. The burger was good too, soft bun and the chicken patty was crispy on the outside, it really went well together.
We will visit again to try something else from the menu.

Great tasting food at a very reasonable price! Would eat this rather than some more expensive burger chains, and while a bit more expensive than the Golden Arches competition down the road, the quality of the food is far superior!
Wait times do seem to be an issue here. Luckily I caught it when quiet and only waited a few minutes, however there were some people clearly waiting a lot longer for their food.
