Every time I walk in I'm always greeted by Cali and Will behind the counter and they are ALWAYS so polite! Will is a sweetheart and very timely making my sandwich. I drive from Cromwell just to have Will make my sandwich. They are always so clean and ready to wait on me. I will forever come here. Keep up the good work guys!

We walked in ordered, paid and sat down to enjoy our subs 😄 it was quick & friendly which is always great. Place was clean we are at the high tables by the door/front window. My grandson said it was one of the best subs he has had lol. So kid approved on this end.

Came in yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon around 3pm and I was impressed with how clean the place was. I usually don’t expect anything from subway restaurants but the two guys working were both friendly with me and seemed to work well with each other. They offered some great suggestions for my choice of sandwich and they really turned it up a notch. They made my sandwich with care and I appreciate this. They really are sandwich artists!!

The staff was super nice to my 8yr old who was ordering a sandwich for the first time. They even re made his sandwich after finding out about his egg allergy. They didn't rush him at any point and were so courteous the whole time. Place was also clean and well kept. Thanks to them my son now has another favorite sandwich!

The staff was rude and condescending, they act like they are so much better than you, and as a customer no one should feel this way. I asked for a foot long cold cut sandwich, I wasn't aware that Bologna came on it so I asked to take it off but keep the other items. I was then charged the full price of a turkey sub when that is NOT what I requested. And of course the turkey was $5 more than the cold cut I was asking for. Like I said, very condescending and long wait time. Management needs to look into it.

I'm not sure who was working the store at 7pm on 4/8/2021 but I did not appreciate waiting patiently on the phone for 15 minutes to be hung up on to ask a simple question as to whether my order was picked up on time. Management needs to look into this...
I am not one that usually writes reviews, but to be an an essential worker trying to buy food for my children, I don't appreciate the hang up
