Nasty, dirty!!! Worker no Subway shirt, Red sneakers. Was hiding in the back while 3 pans of bread were burning. Walks out after 5 minutes. I had to tell him the bread was burning.. dont mind the smoke coming from the oven! So dirty in there. Written signs everywhere. Smh! Frozen veggies and was going to put them on my sandwich. Everything on the line looked old...

Tall Caucasian with glasses that prepares the subs and mans the register is rude. My daughter and I went there to stop by for lunch after shopping inside the Walmart. He was in the back with another guy watching t.v Guess he got mad since he had to prepare the subs and tend to us. Instead of him being able to watch his show. If you’re Hispanic you will definitely not get great customer service. I don’t plan on ever going back to eat here.

The place is a mess. Lack of customer service, when you get a employee, they don't know. The manager is trash straight up. I refuse to eat at this location. Their is 4 locations in Rockwall that are so much better. Dalton, or north Goliad, south Goliad next to hobby lobby. Ridge rd, inthe cece plaza location. Rowlett. Not the one next to McDonald's.

I ordered 2 subs online because it has good deals and points. Came in to pick it up... She was still working on it ..no big deal. No one else was in the store. She started to put it in the toaster and I stopped her to ask her to put the bell peppers and onions on my sandwich (it was in the special instructions on my order..nothing added) for some reason this was a big deal. She got very angry about it and started slamming things around while finishing up the order. She also put MORE bell peppers on my sandwich ..which defeated the purpose of why they were toasted to begin with.. I had to pick them off. She was really rude and uncalled for and she messed up my 2nd sandwich!

Patrick made the best wrap-and best overall food item that I've ever ordered at this location. So good I thought it worth a review! This time I had a wrap, which people have had trouble getting to stay wrapped in the past and it's been a messy meal. This one was wrapped perfectly and the sauce proportions were just right.
