I have been to this location several times since moving here a few months ago. My visits have been both inside the restaurant and the drive thru. Every time I go, there is a lady there and she is so nice and cheery. She is very polite and today, I asked her what her name was. It is Camille and she is a manager. I’m not a morning person at all but when she talks to me, she puts a smile on my face. She is a great employee and represents your establishment very well!!!

I just went in to use the restroom but I felt like I needed to buy something. Even though I'm on a diet I got some donuts. Chocolate with chocolate frosting they were delicious. I should have gotten a couple dozen of them. The girl working there was really nice. I gave her a $5 tip because she had such a great smile.

I don't to buy donuts very often, and was disappointed that I wasted my money here. I always loved the vanilla cream filled. Ordered 1 dozen including 5 vanilla cream. I was given Bavarian cream and very little filling (less than a teaspoon). Very disappointed! Won't return here. Tried to call, but no answer. No receipt given.

I have always had a wonderful experience with this store since being back in Rockwall, Texas. Blake/Blaine (I am sorry I can't remember which one I heard), you are always professional and kind and always remember to add military to my order. You are always happy and positive and have such a great work ethic. Thank you for the support and thank you for such great service. We need more people like you in the work place. No line, no rush. Kids were expecting a nice chocolate croissant and ended up with this. Really disappointed.

Don’t waste your time at this place, they take forever to take your order at drive through even when there are not other cars ahead of you. The food quality is horrible and prices went up crazy not more deals of two for whatever.. customer service is terrible I wonder who are doing the hiring at this places. Overall horrible experience I used to love getting my coffee from this place those days are over.

Always love Dunkin’ but it seems they may be reducing portion size to cut costs. Box of 50 donut holes and some of the “holes” were more line drops.
