Samee's Pizza Getti

As a Chef I can be very critical of other restaurants food quality and service. I don’t share criticism on reviews because it can be down right chalked up to preference. But when I sneak out and go experience other restaurants cuisine like what this place has. It should be 5 stars all the way around. I was greeted with professional as soon as I walked through the door to pickup my pizza Togo. I went into the bar to have a few cocktails while my pizza was still cooking. Yes I was eagerly early. I was also greeted by the multiple staff and the owner. They made me fill so welcome and what a blessing that is. When I left with the pizza the aroma was killing me in the car ride home. But when I got home and opened the pizza I was taking back by the amount of toppings. The first bite led to many and the family demolished the pizza. This is a honey hole and it’s a experience that you should all have. 5 Stars all the way. Keep it up!!

Food was delicious! Our servers were fantastic! I had never been to this restaurant before but I can see why this is a local favorite! I even brought my husband the second time. The cauliflower crust pizza was the best. We were a little short on time, food took a little while to come out but it was worth it.

We’re from out of town, and googled “gluten free pizza” near us as my son had celiac disease. We ordered one medium gluten free pizza, and one large regular pepperoni pizza. We all agreed, this is the best pizza place we’ve had in our lives. This will be a must stop place every time we visit Texas now. Absolutely perfect, amazing crust that they serve you ranch with if you want it, cheese and sauce or perfect, pepperonis are perfectly crispy,

Our first time ordering from Samee’s Pizza Getti and it will not be our last. I ordered a large 13” deluxe pizza for my wife and I and it was great. The quality of the toppings, the sauce, and the crust were all mouth watering. The crust is what some call a deep dish, but just having moved here from Chicago, it’s almost NY style with an edge; which was great. I didn’t find it to be salty like some pizza places and after 3 pieces it sat really well and did not feel heavy in my stomach. My teenage son ordered baked ziti and said it was phenomenal. It surely looked it and he is also a bit of a foodie. We will definitely order again and hope to dine in next time.

I'm not one to write reviews but I felt like I had to comment on how superb the food is here. I was amazed at my favorite dish Shrimp Scampi Pasta. I have been searching all around Dallas for this dish and no restaurant has come close. I was reluctant to try because of so many past disappointments but I decided to go ahead. When I took the top off the dish it looked like it was good. The first bite I just melted. I couldn't believe it. This was actually awesome. Needless to say I'm hooked. Probably not the best for me since I'm trying to loose weight and now my favorite is so close. But anywho... who cares when it's this good. I can't forget about the pizza. It's hands down delicious. I love the crust and flavor and they are not skimpy on the cheese. You can't go wrong with anything here. They can actually cook!!! Enjoy -Christa
