I ordered my sweethearts birthday cake from here. Judy was excellent and very professional. Now Alicia was absolutely amazing. She came out and went over the different options and servings. . We selected a cake and I tell you it was the best cake I've ate. It was fresh and delicious. I'm getting married soon and I'm getting my wedding cake from here also. Thanks Judy and Alicia

If I could I would give zero stars. Worst customer service! I had a cake picked up last Friday for my daughter’s 5th birthday party this past Saturday. When I opened the box the cake was just awful. It had clearly been patched up all over and looked as if a five year old herself decorated and wrote on it. I drove 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back to have it corrected. They did “fix it” but offered no compensation for the mishap. I was just happy to have a cake that I could display and serve to my guests. On Saturday when cutting the cake up onto the children’s plates I noticed it was sticking to the cardboard. I looked closer and it was raw, as it would be in the mixing bowl. So needless to say the cake had to be thrown away and children unhappy. I called today Tuesday, bc they are closed until now. They refused to believe that I had been given a raw cake and refused to refund my $37.13. The manager said I should “go dig the cake out of the trash and bring it to show her”. Also, preceded to ask if I was just having a bad day. She said in all her years she had never and she basically didn’t want to believe or hear that there was a mistake. Also, notice the icing how thick it is where they continued to try and “fix it”. I would avoid this place so you make sure you have an edible cake for whatever special day you need it for.

Oh my I loved the little cakes called rainbow cakes, they was treats we got as kids. I found them at macs! The first ones I got there was great. So I wanted to get my grandkids some they had gone up in price of course but I bought 6 at 1.48 plus tax.,the girl just dropped them in a bag and they just came apart. In short I was very dissatisfied!They was so dry and crumbling to pieces.

My daughter ordered her wedding cake from Mac's Bakery. She provided a photo of what she wanted and discussed some design changes. She was assured that Mac's could provide exactly what she wanted. Well...we were very disappointed, to say the least. Take a look at the photo below. The one on the left was the photo she provided. The one on the right is what she got.
