I’ve missed eating at LJS due to not many being around and the Salem location is being remodeled (that’s the one I go to) so I haven’t had it in a while. Even when Salem was open, it wasn’t all too fresh (but still tasty). This location as of going there today, was amazing. Fresh HOT food! Winning!!!!!

Haven't been in a while like years because there isn't many left . So I got super excited to finally go to one. But now I'm disappointed because it sucked bad . First I went to the drive thru because we in hurry but the female (can't tell you who because no window just a drop box) anyways she can't hear or something we ordered two number 4s and she repeated number 4 like 4 times . Then like I said no window so u can't see nothing so I locked my card right after because how I know she didn't write my information down . Then I get my food and it was bland . The hush puppies no flavor but greasy as hell. The fish tacos wasn't made right. I remember them having Baja sauce, lettuce and cheese not hill of onions. I'm wondering does everyone in Roanoke do drugs before, during and after work or just the places I happen go to idk. I do know I won't go back.

I haven't eaten LJS in 8 years because of the sodium and oil. I tried it on a whim today and the first couple of bites were good, but then the overwhelming salt and oil taste took over. Service is slow, but it always had been, so no change there. I was a bit unhappy to see the change cup in the elevator tray looked as if it had been being used for weeks, if not months. With COVID 19 this needs to be changed after every customer or switch from a disposable drink cup to a cup that can be sanitized after every transaction. This thing has had to have a thousand hands on it, if not more.
