Panera Bread

Was there to pick up mac and cheese a tea and some bread. They completely ignored all the delivery orders that were on the screen and just made in store or drive-thru orders. New policy slows delivery process. Due to thieves, we now have to ask for delivery at counter. No surprise, I stood in front for 7 to 8 minutes after being noticed by four different employees. Two that said excuse me, so that they could get by yet no one decided to help. You rarely have anybody behind the counter to hand you the order, which is why it's ridiculous that they would put the orders behind the counter and then not even have anyone behind the counter. Standing up front three people see me refuse to help me I had to ask one to help me because she decided that she wasn't going to help me either. Should already be on my way 10 minutes ago. Here and buffalos are the worst places you can pick up delivery. Worst employees ever

Filthy place. Had to clean off seats and table before we sat down. Food and garbage all over the floors. Dust webs over the tables. Bathrooms had puddles of urine, dried and wet. Hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I bought 4 sandwiches 4 drinks and two all bags of chips and it cost over $55. Absolutely shameful. Anyone that eats at this place more than once should be ashamed of themselves also. Disgusting!

Well, the computer to order is very confusing and I didn’t know I needed to manually enter a number for the buzzer. Then, when we get the food, every single thing we ordered, inc the special drinks, was awful in taste. Some Turkey blt and another chicken sandwich, had spongy bread and tasted really bad. The chicken looked raw and I was honestly kind of scared to eat it. We only took two bites each and laid them down. Even the bagged chips were gray and had a bad taste, my toddler would t touch them. The staff was very friendly and helpful though when I didn’t know how to get my order or where to go, considering I didn’t know I needed a number.

Mindless and ill trained workers and equally incompetent manager; filthy tables and carpet. Watch out for your bills every time you go there. I do not think they over charge you on purpose but the kids at the counter are quite incompetent. If you approach the Manager to get the bill corrected, they seems to be equally callous about the whole thing. Have had this experience a few times and need to check the bill carefully before you pay.

My first time ever at a Panera Bread and I signed up for the Sip Club. I waited almost 15 minutes at "Rapid Pickup" for a fountain drink. Finally I just asked them to cancel it and I cancelled the sip club membership. This was at 9:30am on a Tuesday by the way, not typical breakfast or lunch rush times.
