Subway

This is a fantastic store with very good service and freshly baked bread. Manager is very courteous and customer friendly. Store is always clean and you can get wifi password if you ask Manager. They always keep my sandwich ready if I call 10-20 min advance even when they are busy with college students.

I usually have a good experience here so this based off one of my many trips into this subway. I walked in and there were no employees present. I waited but nobody came out. I grabbed a cup of water and whistled, still nobody. I said hello? Nobody. So I shouted with some volume and a short brunette worker came from out back, slowly. She mentioned she didn't hear me, I said no problem and waited while she slowly put on her gloves. She continued her job lackadaisically as I let get know what I wanted. It seemed as though they were watching tv in the back as she had to call her co-worker(johnny) out for another customer and it looked like he was looking up towards the ceiling as though there is a tv mounted back there. I do not blame the workers for their sub par efforts but encourage management to mentor and develop their employees to present a positive, service minded attitude towards their customers.

True Story everyone, some lady thought it was okay to cut in front of 6 people without asking (including myself who was next in line to pay) and order a drink. I payed for my sandwhich and grabbed a Gatorade from the fridge while she was filling up her soda cup. Right as I grabbed my Gatorade I swung the fridge door open and hit her fat @$$ with it n walked away. I prolly looked like the jerk but I was worth it Cuz who doesn't hate rude people
