Also, I wish to say thank you very much to the store manager for his courtesy and professionalism. For intervening and de-escalating a verbal confrontation between me and one of his employees who was working behind the counter at about 12:25 p.m. Saturday, Dec 9, 2017.
That young man was rude and had a very nasty attitude and would not listen to reason. He even ignored the fact that I had a receipt for the item that I was returning. But the store manager, not only listened to me; but quickly ascertained the gravity of the issue and remedied it with a most satisfactory solution. Solving that dilemma quite quickly.
I look forward to continuing to be a patron of this store for a very long time to come. Anyone who treats a customer as fairly as this man did me that day is truly a gentleman and a scholar. My sincere gratitude.

The guy (older guy with turban) is VERY rude (to everyone) and does not want to honor the specials. When he rings the merchandise he pretends to have made a mistake and does not want to honor the app price (Gulp for .79) and wants to charge full price.

This particular 7-11 has bad customer service. The tall guy who works during the early morning hrs. on Sunday has terrible manners. He is lazy as hell and is always on his cellphone. The old guy is like him too, but without the phone part. Luckily there's a closer 7-11 down the street, off of Indiana Ave., that best represents the 7-11 brand. I will go to that one from now on. I should also mention that they have gas stations at the Indiana Ave. location too.

Its okay for a convienint store but don't eat the taquitos or buffalo rollers here. They let them just sit out all day on the grill until they sell even though they're supposed to to them after 4 hours. 90% of the time they are super hard and dried up inside its gross.

It's ok, the store manager is a miserable man and I really do not need the employees telling me how badly he treats them. I have my own problems! There are always homeless people outside of the store asking for money. If I didn't live so close to this store I would not stop here at all.

The worker told me to "hush up and stop arguing with him". Had to physically write down what I wanted even tho I dont have a accent and was speaking very clearly. And then asked me if I would like my change. I know 7-11 isn't good to begin with, but to be told to hush up is unneccessary. Stay away from this place

I went into the store and made a purchase with my card. The next morning I checked my account, they deducted the original amount plus an additional $20.
I had to have Chase cancel my card. I called the store, the manager said he had no idea how this could happen.
Do not trust this store.

Sexist workers i was getting my coffee when i heard the employee tell 2 men its a free donut with coffee purchase so when i went to the register to pay he said nothing to me about that this has happened 2 times already i dont care about the stupid donut but why be sexist? I dont deserve the donut? It pisses me off i stopped going to that 711
