Amazing customer service and super clean environment. Liliana (I hope I spelt that right, her name tag reads Lily.) was a wonderful employee. Was obviously trained very well and the other worker did as well. This was my third subway I've been to today due to incompetent employees at other locations and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here. They should send whoever trained them or even send them to the other locations to train those employees! Or get a small bonus/raise.

I went into subway for a snack and to chill for a second and the store manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She was rude to me and informed one of the employees that I needed to leave. I was just sitting there enjoying my food and she was rude for no reason at all. I would hate to work here after seeing the way she speaks to her employees. I will not be coming back to this location after seeing the way it’s operated. Nobody should waste their time here but if if you do, tip those employees for sacrificing their sanity because they are very kind considering who they deal with.

First of all, I want to thank Mathew for a job well done! He was very patient and happy to help us. He had some great suggestions, from which I chose a steak and cheese 6 inch sub with swiss cheese..yum! I also appreciate the store being clean. Great customer service! Keep up the great work! This subway lacks professionalism and never has a manager on duty. Their workers are disrespectful and lack what it means to offer customer service. Subway you can thank your worker Salomé for this review.
We bought a sandwich asking for it to be lightly toasted. Instead Salomé burnt the sandwich- and when we asked for a refund or for her to remake the sandwich due to the horrible quality of the food, she refused. Not only did she refuse but she used profanity that was absolutely inexcusable from someone representing a business.
If subway thinks hiring individuals like Salomé is good for their business they should think again. Salomé was poorly mannered and should of been apologetic for her behavior and unwillingness to provide decent food that was already paid for. Don’t go to this subway if you’re looking for well made sandwiches and decent workers.

This lady that works here at this store for sure has the worst attitude with the costumers and I think the rest of the employees leave the job because she treats them bad there’s always new employees and I have seen here treating them bad like if she’s the owner or what send time it has happen to me don’t come to this store

I ordered online so I didn't see how they prepared it. I got there when they were wrapping it. I don't remember before. So I say it was new employee working that prepared my order. I drove home and noticed she forgot to add avocado. I did drive back to get it resolved. They did offer to make a new one but it wasn't nessesary and she offered chips for the inconvenience. That's good customer service
