Burger King

SPLIT REVIEW: I am going to split this into two separate reviews. First is for anyone that eats at this BK location the second for parents with little kids. TWO STARS: So if you have a hankering for grease, and unhealthy fast food then you have come to the right place. Burger King can serve that up slower then any fast food place you will ever see. They also are one of the worst fast food places I have seen for getting order wrong. There was a day I was there for over 3 hours and I saw close to a dozen people from the drive thru go in so they could get Their orders corrected. Even when they are slammed my order will regularly take 3-4 mins!! My biggest complaint about this location is how incredibly dirty it is. It is run down and generally in dis-repair. Also Lots of dried food on the floor and walls. The restrooms are worse then any truck stop I have been to. FOUR STARS: For parents of small children you have to give this place 5 stars! They have the largest indoor play area I have seen at a fast food restaurant. In the winter the kids get all cooped up and have to burn off some energy. If you go to places like lookout Ridge in Woodbury or Giggle Factory in Hudson you will drop $10-13 for two little ones to play. At BK the whole family can eat for $10 and the kids can play for hours. I have to warn you to either bring some headphones or ear plugs because it gets so loud inside the play area. My only complaints are with temperature control of the play area and the lack of free WiFi! BK needs to do something about the wifi both of their fast food competitors have free WiFi, of course they don't have a giant play area, so sometime you just take what you can get. Edited April of 2019. Still super dirty and gross everywhere. They do have some slow WiFi now but they don't waste anytime cleaning. We ordered a shake, cheeseburger and some fries and it took 13 minutes.

I would probably give a Burger King 3 star rating at the highest at any level, but this is the worst Burger King that I have ever run across. I live in this town and I have come to this restaurant time and time again and today was for the last time. The McDonald's in town is very, very well-run and unfortunately the management of this restaurant is horrible. When you go into the restaurant they are filthy, behind the scenes they are filthy, in front of the scenes you are likely to see Matt's hanging over the railings if you arrive anytime after 8 p.m. and you have to wait every time you walk through the drive-thru. Especially if you order chicken. If you order chicken you have to wait 5 - 8 minutes. If you go inside you can see why, no one is doing anything. If I ran this restaurant I would fire absolutely everyone in it and completely start over with an entirely new crew and set an entirely new set of standards. Our pastor in town, was, let me repeat, was a big fan of Burger King before moving here. He used to preach about it sometimes, because he liked Whoppers. He hates this Burger King. I don't know anyone who does not hate this Burger King or wish it was better! This restaurant is horribly run!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! All I have to say is this Burger King needs new employees. Play place is cool and that is THE ONLY GOOD PART. FOOD WAS TRASH. BARELY WARM. Employees have the WORST customer service. They just need to shut this place down. Go to Culver's next door. Better food. Better employees. Better experience.

This place has a hard time getting my order'(s) right and if its not right, there is something wrong with the food like a hair in it. I like b.k. but im tired of the expensive price for the mistakes at this location. Ive given this place too many chances in hopes it gets a bit better. Ill just shoot over to another burger king.
