He committed us over the phone that he’ll make sure that me and my wife will do the river rafting no matter what, then he booked tickets for us in a group for a 3PM batch but as we reached rishikesh by 3:30PM missing the 3PM batch, Mr. Vipul not only fulfilled his commitment that we do the river rafting on the same day but also providing us with a private raft as there was no group available when we reached, it was like a couple’s outing in a raft, all these gestures demonstrated his unwavering customer-centric approach. Another best part of our adventure was Mr. Ramesh who was our guide, an absolute perfectionist in guiding us through the rapids. His extensive experience and profound knowledge in the field, acquired since the early 2000s, elevated our rafting escapade to unparalleled heights. Moreover, Mr. Saurav’s expertise in kayaking added an extra dimension of excitement and safety to our journey. His guidance during the kayaking segments ensured an exhilarating yet secure experience. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Deepak’s consistent assistance and guidance were invaluable, contributing significantly to the overall seamless experience. River Rafting was one of my bucket list adventure. I went with Rain River Rafting in Rishikesh and it was one of my most memorable. The staff was extremely patient and experienced. Bhardwaj our guide was excellent. I recommend them highly. Let me tell you one secret I am a senior citizen and felt extremely comfortable and confident about the whole experience. We, I and my husband went for rafting with one of the best guys. These people are not just best but most genuine. Our guide was Ramesh sir, please ask for him he is so good at rafting..we were just two of us still they took us for 16km and manages the raft so well, while rafting there were other rafts n they couldn’t handle the way Ramesh sir could, he inculcated so much confidence in me n my husband. We enjoyed the most and had one of the life’s best experiences. Will highly recommend them for your best rafting experience!

The ambience was so appealing and after I got into the raft along with few other members, it was so irresistible feeling. The entire rafting thing was pumping up the adrenalines as expected and the waves crushing against the raft was the thing any rafter will die for!!! The guides and arrangements provided were above of what we expected. Cool experience man!🤩🤩🚣‍♂️
