Popped in to collect my birthday cake treat and ordered a hot chocolate to go with. Staff super friendly. Hot chocolate was hot a delicious. Had the chocolate and salted caramel cake, which was soooooo good.

Always get excellent service and the staff are cheerful and friendly. I drink at Costa coffee. The staff is very helpful. Would have no problems recommending this branch. Long wait in the queue...people behind me got their orders before me .My food came before our drinks uncleared dirty tables..not going back.

Friendly service. With this layout better signing of the need to select toasties before queuing is needed as new customers hold the queue up while they go back to fetch the their choice of toastie.
