Apparently I ordered at the wrong window. I came around and reordered and presented my card. “No plastic” she barked at me. I paid cash instead. The service was completely unfriendly and made the experience of getting dark brown greasy French fries even worse. The food wasn’t appetizing and nothing like the delicious Chicago dogs I love and miss. A big strike out for these Cubs fans.

What a great food truck! Not only great food but also great service. I was asked multiple times while I sat down and enjoyed my food, if there was anything else I needed... At a food truck!! I enjoyed the Philly and some parmesan fries! Couple that with some flavored Sanpellegrino.... magnificent!!

I'll never understand why people who are rude and unfriendly work in customer service. I walked up to the front screen and a lady motions for me to walk around. So I go to the side window and she says, 'are you Renee? I said no I'm not with a smile. She just stood there staring at me so I said, I haven't been here before. Still just staring. About this time I noticed cash only and said, oh no I don't have cash. She still just stared at me. The entire time the only thing she said to me was, Are You Renee? So rude. There is an ATM I'm the parking lot but I think I'll go to Capitol Deli. They are very polite and friendly there.
