This Starbucks location stands out because the staff is very nice. They always greet everyone with a warm smile and the manager remembers little details about her customers, which is very sweet. I have an allergy and they always take care to clean their drinks machine to accommodate me. This is a popular location in the morning, yet the staff works efficiently to process orders and I never have to wait very long.

Thank you for making my drink correctly. It's been a struggle the past few months for me. The location I normally go to has been continuously making my drink wrong and had a few instances where people took my mobile orders. - not sure how they keep turning my hot chocolates and teas into coffees...i can't have coffee (as I get a bad reaction from it). Although this location is a bit out of the direction I go for work, it's worth it. Not only do they make my drinks correctly, but they taste way better. Hot chocolate isn't watery. Teas lattes taste like the tea (and not plain milk and water). Service is also good, they are super friendly and welcoming. It's always busy when I go yet they get your drinks done quick.

If you order drinks from their menu, evey one of them "should" be the same as they are formulated. So why did I give this particular location a 5 star is because of their people. All the baristas at this location actually strikes a meaningful conversation with you; like a genuine talk. Although they are short because of the line ups but it is much better than just a hello or goodbye. One time, I've experienced at this location that a gentleman had trouble ordering, one of the barista actually took her time to try and understand the need of this gentleman. No raising of her voice nor show any frustration. That's incredible customer service. Keep up the great work!
