So I asked for the shrimp to be cooked soft and that's why they got three stars! I also asked for the wings to be cooked for one additional minute however they were not! They were rubbery which is why I don't usually eat them but if you ask them to cook it for a minute longer they're good! However the cook decided to disregard that request for the wings 😕

long hair red hair server/bartender was so rude and hateful I just wanted to walk out but was hungry and tired as it was around 8:30.There were three tables including ours and two men at bar. At least 5-6 people working and maybe 8 customers so you would think we would get personal service. The hostess who sat me was hateful also and did not want to seat me because my buddy was at their front door finishing a smoke and she said she was not supposed to seat until everyone was there. Our horrible waitress took our appetizer order for 10 wings and went into hiding until wings came out. She was kinda put off when she threw them on our table and said will there be anything else. So when I ordered my dinner I ask if they could put a rush on our order because she never came back after putting in our appetizer order. She snapped and said it will do no good because it gets done when it gets done. She rudely corrected me when I ordered one of the items on the menu. They had a picture of a chicken sandwich and I pointed at it and said I wanted it. She rudely said that was a make your own chicken sandwich and I had to tell her what I wanted because she could not make it like the picture. I wish people like these would work in the kitchen or a factory because they should not be in the public if they don't like people. I have heard rumors that this place is closing and I now know why.

Service was good, it was Saturday night June 2021 and UFC was on.... They closed the kitchen at 8:45 and kicked the few people that were there out at 9pm... What is going on at this spot!!??? Management needs to step up and get with it, we won't be back that's for sure.... Beer wasn't that cold either and the food was pretty good

We just left there. 3/30/2021 @ 7:30pm The food was great. We sat outside bc the weather was so warm. But our waitress was horrible. She was so mean and hateful, she even rolled her eyes at us 3 different times. We brought our grandson for his 12th birthday. At this point after the way she treated us, his excitement over Hooters is gone. Ours too. Someone needs to chat with that little lady

Would give less than one star if possible. Horrible service. There were maybe 10 guests in the restaurant, our server never offered us refills till we were done eating. After delivering the check the server never returned to process payment. 30 minutes went by before we decided to ask someone else to do it, then she showed up, and said she thought we’d already paid. The wings were horrible. It was almost as if they had been cooked hours before and just sat there. They were cold, soggy, rubbery, and the sauce was horrible. I had the 3 mile island wing sauce, they weren’t even spicy. No flavor, just generic wing sauce. Do yourself a favor, and just go to Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is woefully in need of new management, and I’m not sure it will ever get better. This place used to have great wings, and service. But bad management has destroyed it.

We visited the Richmond established Saturday February 19th. We came in the hostess was very nice. The waitress we had when she came to take our drink our she was in a rush. Our drinks came and she said would you all like to go a head and order and we said no we need to look over the menu first. So when she comes back and takes our order she never comes back. We had our cups sitting at the end of table and she walked by I don't know how many times and didn't stop to ask how we were, refills, update on our food, not a word. So an hour goes by she comes to our table and tells my husband that they couldn't make his wings because they didn't have them, he says ok I just don't want anything then, then she bring mine and my children's food out and it was wrong and we told her and she looked at me in the absolutely worst possible way to look at someone. I lost my appetite instantly. She looked right at our table and seen that everyone's drinks were empty and didn't even offer to refill them then 10 minutes she comes by with the check. We will ABSOLUTELY never return to this location, the last time we were here m u husband's wings were raw and my food was much smaller than it should have been. This location you never see anyone there or never hear anyone talk about it and there it an absolute reason for it. We will never return. Very highly disappointed in the service we received tonight.
