Food was good. They were out of extra crispy so had to wait for it. The dining room was closed due to COVID-caused lack of employees.

It's just an old building. Bathroom only serves one person at a time. Employees SUPER accommodating!!! They allowed us to celebrate a birthday here!!

The Restaurant was very clean. The store manager Xavier Jackson and the cashier KeKe were professional and friendly. We didn't have to wait. We will visit again.

There was a 4 minute wait for the dark meat, no pot pies (which is why my friend wanted dinner from here to start with) and no potato wedges which was to be part of my order. So why 4 stars? Because of the employees. They were polite, brought the food out to the car once it was done, included napkins and even made sure to let me know which of the two teas was sweet and which was the unsweetened tea. While I don't know the names of all of the employees invoved I hope the franchise owner sees this and let's the employees that were there this evening know that their efforts were indeed noticed and appreciated. 😀

I did not eat there. The line was so long and I needed to get to work. The last time I was there the person putting the food in the box told me the cool the hot wings made to order. I will be back for that
