New Thriving

Ordered a cow heel soup last night and vomited my life out! Come to know I got food poisoning! The worst part is I drank some seltzer water and immediately it foamed up and made me vomit all the bad beef! It was horrible! I used to like their food but this one left a really bad impression. Food poisoning is not cool! I will not be ordering here again!

Horrible order experience over the phone. Rude and terrible Staff in person they are horrible as well. The food is not the greatest but it’s decent. Cashier didn’t mention how long the delivery would take or how much is the cost over the phone. Also they don’t greet customer in person and over the phone. When you look up the word horrible in the dictionary their business and their staff picture is right there lol 😂 *If they* improved that would make thriving one of the better restaurants around this area unfortunately they don’t seem to want to make changes they enjoy having a horrible business which is fine because they are other restaurants around the area to order from. Good luck and avoid this restaurant if you can!

Called them on a Sunday a few minutes before 9pm and asked if I could place an order over the phone for pickup. The girl who picked up said I have to be there in person to place an order. So I take the 35 minute drive to the restaurant, and arrive there at 9:37pm, only to be told with an attitude sorry were closed. Meanwhile the hours say they are open till 10pm on Sundays right on there front window. I’m glad I didn’t give this business any of my money, the employees think it’s fun making things difficult for customers here. Never again,

I think this restaurant should have at least 4 stars in a general sense. Some of the dishes may be a little too spicy or a little less spicy or a little less or more salty but I think the customers should always make sure they inform the staff of what they require that day. I have been here a few times and it’s not bad, the atmosphere is definitely more acquainted towards the people who want to drink and eat but that’s understandable.... honestly I would leave 4 stars but just to help elevate the rating I’ll do 5 :)
