She got the blended Carmel ribbon crunch and I got my typical hot mocca. Went through drivethru and they had a line still got out in a timely manner. Definitely will be back

The store needed some TLC. No toilet paper in one of the restrooms. Trash inside the store needed to be picked up.

Typical Starbucks except the service staff & barristers were top notch providing fast service. The wait time was very short.

Dropped a deuce and left. Very clean bathrooms and fast WiFi but ya can miss me with a $5 cup of regs coffee.

The food was good and the staff was nice and extremely hard-working, but the wait time was quite a bit longer than one typically finds at a Starbucks. However, it wasn't due to staff not doing their jobs as they were all working hard and constantly on the move. But between the drive thru, in person, and mobile orders, they were just crazy busy. The bathrooms were okay (not the cleanest, but okay) and one of the bathroom doors didn't lock.

The Starbucks in Richmond Hill, Georgia, is one of the best I've been to. They are very welcoming and efficient. Ms. Nick always remembers my name. I stop here when I'm visiting, and she is very sweet.

Honestly, this Starbucks location is what you expect a Starbucks to be... clean, quick, accurate. I only have two issues, which is 100% not on them, it's because they are they only Starbucks in RH. First is during peak hours the parking and drive-thru reach out to the road and it gets congested quickly. The second is due them being the only one (outside the one in Kroger), they tend to run out of popular items. I suggest doing mobile order pick up and to avoid the congestion.

Nice Starbucks, they got me custom beverage up quickly and correctly. That does not always happen at other Starbucks. Would recommend this location. A little awkward to get to driving but otherwise all good.

I thought that the service was friendly and there were no issues with my visit. My drink was done very well and I had no problems with it. Prices and wait weren't too bad. Good location in the area!
