So ordered hardshell tacos. They gave us soft shell first. Then this is the "correction" of receiving hard shells.
This store constantly screws up and then acts like the customer is the one who messed up. (You know like I went in their kitchen and made myself the soft tacos instead of what my receipt clearly said) I think we are done coming to this location. It fails on so many levels.

The Mexican Pizza was really good. The Chili Cheese Burrito was astonishingly disappointing. Interestingly, the Hannibal Missouri Taco Bell makes chili cheese burritos the old school and they are excellent. Twin Cities Taco bells appear to be preparing to move these two the value menu has a weigh like 12g. Perhaps they just want to remove them from the menu and justify it by making them so bad that sales drop off the table.

Only time I've ever had to leave a bad review. We got here at about 1:30am and waited over 30 minutes in line before we get to the window and they tell us they're only doing DoorDash orders, even though we heard the people in front of us order their food item by item. Not sure when this new policy started since they are open until 3am but am pretty disappointed.

This trip to Taco Bell was ridiculous. The service was horrible they were out of ice.... Ya... how do you run out of ice. Our order was completely screwed up and when we said something about it the little girl working there took our food back and put her ungloved hands all over it. She was so rude we just wanted our money back. Will be talking to a manager tomorrow.

they were only doing door dash orders on Saturday night. major L. I was trying to get 36 tacos for the boys. not at all impressed. 2/10 and I wont be back

Good enough, it's taco bell. It's never great, they never fill anything well. I can say they didn't forget the hot sauce.

Quick drive thru service. I got one of their great value "box" combo meals. A family member ordered a special item, which they got correct. Overall a good experience.
