Mcdonald's

Had an online order, guy bringing it to me looks homeless with his pants sagging says nothing to me and walks away, gets order wrong, went to fix at the window and half the staff looks at me, one of the girls was trying to be nice and help but the same homeless guy was really unprofessional and clearly has no experience in the restaurant setting, I'll be amazed if he could even read this review. Anyways I recommend you avoid this McDonald's.

They were completely out of ketchup packets…. I’m glad McDonald’s burgers are no longer super greasy to the touch. I prefer somewhat dry burger patties compared to super greasy ones. Maybe keep the lettuce to one slice instead of cutting it into small pieces because the pieces will fall everywhere from the burger when eating.

Didn't get order right at all. Asked for no salt and crispy fries got mushy not cooked fries lots of that good ol salt!! Said no sauce, ketchup etc on burgers got ketchup & mustard. My fault I didn't even. Check order b4 leaving the 1 time I didn't. Didn't bother going back to complain I just won't go back here. I did the survey though!

Ordered my meals through the drive though. Was given just a drink and told that was it. I explained that my order was much more items the lady seemed bothered and said to wait in parking number 1. Waited 20 minutes for my food. One the food was given to me I addressed my drinks were missing. The lady told me to wait and that should would be right back with them. Waited several minutes and still nothing. Decided to go ask for them myself and was told that she forgot them. I addressed I had been waiting for my whole order for 30 minutes now.Two of the employees left and speeded around the McDonalds. Trying to intimidate us because we complained about our drinks. I do understand the fast food service is a difficult job but to a point of wanting to intimidate a customer just for asking for their food. Speeding is very dangerous for the driver and those around him. Please be careful if you ever go here for your safety and those around you!

I like the food! What offends me greatly is the disabled parking spots not available for disabled people. Cars are parked in disabled parking spots with no placard in window or license plates denying disabled people access to parking places. I have talked to one of the managers there to no avail. I also called the police and was told that is McDonald’s responsibility. I will continue to talk to the management at McDonald’s and police!
